By using this website, you acknowledge that you have agreed to these terms. These terms may be changed without notice at any time. We suggest you to check these terms from time to time for changes.

Gary Phillips Photography accept payments over 128-bit SSL encryption.

Our Delivery Policy

Gary Phillips Photography will deliver goods to virtually anywhere in Australia and nominated countries. Naturally, our delivery service is subject to local conditions.

Delivery is usually available within 7 working days, but occasionally may be longer, depending on time zones and local conditions. Some areas in some countries (including Australia) are classified as restricted delivery areas. Deliveries to these locations may take up to 14 days.

Delivery within Australia is not guaranteed on Public Holidays, Saturday afternoons or Sundays. 7 day delivery within Australia from Monday to Friday is possible so long as the order is placed before 3pm AEST. If your delivery is urgent please email us  on sales@garyphillipsphotography.com for up-to-the-minute advice on delivery availability.

We ship all purchases using Australia Post’s parcel service with delivery taking place during normal business hours. Goods must be signed for upon receipt and if no one is available when delivery takes place a card will be left and the goods may be picked up from your local post office. Please note that all deliveries are insured for damage.

International Orders

We do accept International Orders subject to identity verification. Postage rates are a guide only and could be more or less. We will confirm postage charges prior to charging and despatching your order.

Delivery on Public Holidays

Please be aware that Gary Phillips Photography cannot guarantee delivery on Public Holidays as most postal and delivery businesses are closed.

Unfulfilled Orders

In the unforeseen circumstance that we are unable to fulfil any items that you have ordered we will contact you within 3 working days with details of expected lead time and offer you the option of waiting for the product to come into stock, replacing the item with a similar product or receiving a refund. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price and freight charges via your original payment method. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.  Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the postage and handling fee for returning the item/s to Gary Phillips Photography 

Returns

For products that arrive faulty, damaged or not as described then please notify us within 48 hours at sales@garyphillipsphotography.com. We will provide instructions on returning the goods. We will provide either a replacement, credit note or full refund. We will also cover the return shipping charges. If for some other reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly accept goods returned in their original packaging in unused condition for an exchange or credit note. Please note that the customer is still liable for shipping charges.

No GST is charged on International Orders but we do charge a 10% handling fee due to the extra processing required.

In order to purchase goods from Gary Phillips Photography, the Delivery Address which you nominate must be within the following countries, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Vanuatu, South Africa, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Hong Kong were Gary Phillips Photography provides delivery services.  Please ensure that your delivery address and suburb are correct, as orders for delivery to addresses in suburbs that are not in the Gary Phillips Photography delivery area may not be processed.  Gary Phillips Photography will advise you if the Delivery Address which you nominate ceases to be in an area where Gary Phillips Photography delivers Goods.  Gary Phillips Photography will not be obliged to continue to deliver goods to you if you change your Delivery Address and the new Delivery Address which you nominate is not in an area within which Gary Phillips Photography delivers goods.
